These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Coven Esthetics mobile application (the "Service") operated by The Coven Esthetics LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using The Coven Esthetics mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Coven Esthetics mobile application provides a platform for users to:

• Browse and learn about beauty and esthetic services offered by The Coven Esthetics
• Book appointments for various beauty treatments
• View skincare tips and routines
• Contact The Coven Esthetics for inquiries
• Manage appointments and preferences

3. Eligibility and Account Requirements

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

3.2 Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Booking and Appointment Services

4.1 Booking Process

4.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Download and install the app on your personal device

Any content you submit through the Service (reviews, messages, photos, etc.) grants us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

• Following pre and post-treatment instructions carefully

8.4 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Coven Esthetics LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Coven Esthetics LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
